The Open Room is an excellent choice for hosting lively parties, thanks to its expanisve open layout, creating a dynamic atmosphere, perfect for celebrating special occassions. Our fully equipped bar facility ensures your guests can enjoy a wide range of beverages, from coctails to fine wines. This room can hold up to 100 people standing and 80 seated.

Main Event Room
Our Larger Event Room comfortably seats up to 90 guests and is designed to host a variety of celebrations, from elegant dinners to exclusive parties. With its private bar and the ability to convert into a DJ-ready space after dinner, this room is perfect for creating memorable moments. For standing events, it can accommodate up to 120 guests, making it ideal for vibrant gatherings and social occasions.

Party Pricing
You can set up the morning of the event, subject to the room being available. All party guests have access from 16:00.
Venue Hire Inclusions:
Winter Parties (October to April)
- Sundays – Thursday £1,700
- Fridays, Saturdays & BH* £2,200
Summer Parties (May to September)
- Sundays – Thursday £1,900
- Fridays, Saturdays & BH* £2,500
*Bank Holiday Sundays preceding a Bank Holiday Monday.
The price above is for exclusive hire of the venue from 16:00.
Food, beverages & accommodation are charged separately.
To secure your booking, we request a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the venue charge upon booking confirmation, with the balance of the venue hire due three months before the event. While venue hire rates remain fixed at the time of booking, food, beverage, and accommodation prices are subject to annual reviews.
