The information provided by the Guest may be processed by The Drivers Room LTD Trading as The Grange Hotel Brent Knoll for the purposes it has notified to the Information Commissioner. By confirming the booking, the Client consents to this processing of the information. The Drivers Room LTD Trading as The Grange Hotel Brent Knoll respects the privacy of every individual who visits our website. The data collected about you will be used to firstly fulfil any service you might request (eg to make an enquiry or a booking) and secondly to improve how our web site performs. All booking data is safely stored and encrypted on our Property Management System and only trained personnel have access to this information. Once saved, payment details cannot be seen or retrieved.


Use of Information
